APPLE: Without any doubt the most popular fruit in Switzerland, the apple is the star of this macaron, bringing its fruitiness and a subtle acidity.


CUCHAULE MOUTARDE DE BÉNICHON: This unique macaron was made with moutarde de Bénichon of the winner of the 2020 competition, Mrs. Denise Wider.


CARAC: Our carac macarons reflects the colours and chocolaty flavour of this famous and much loved tart, which is part of the Swiss culinary heritage.


VIN CUIT: Rediscover through this macaron, the sweetness, fruitiness and creaminess of the vin cuit, a traditional Swiss local product. 


RICOLA: Known as the ultimate Swiss candy, the Ricola exalts with its freshness. Our Ricola macaron celebrate this candy, known around the world.


MERINGUE DOUBLE CRÈME: We wanted to pay tribute to this traditional Swiss delicacy and through a rich and creamy macaron.
